MAG WHEEL REPAIRS

We can repair mag wheels that are:

• Bent - radially or axially or both
• Cracked (other than structurally)
• Kerbed or otherwise rim or face damaged
• Stud holes and / or mounting face damaged
• Weathered

MOBILE SERVICE

We now offer a mobile service - 'kerbed' edge lipped wheels can be repaired at your place, more serious damage can be taken back to base for the attention of our professional team and returned to you at your convenience. We take care of everything.

MACHINING WHEELS

We can machine blank mag wheels to your fitment requirements. This includes :

• Drilling
• Centreboring
• Mounting face height reduction (offset)

We can also modify mag wheels (safely!) to change the stud pattern, the offset, or the hub diameter.

CNC LATHE MACHINING

We have recently installed a computer controlled lathe, with the capacity to swing 650mm over the bed and 890mm in the gap. The spindle bore is 105mm, and it can accommodate one metre between centres.

MACHINED FACE WHEELS

With the above facility we can refurbish those machined face mag wheels which have lost their lustre or developed "snail trails" under the clear lacquer, or have been scraped against the kerb. We can machine a thin layer off the face of the mag wheel and thus restore them to their former glory. Within the above diameter limit, this can be done with the tyres still mounted on the wheels.

WELDING

Our well equipped workshop now includes some of the most powerful, state-of-the-art welders available. This means we can weld anything from tin foil to aircraft carriers.

FINISHING

In addition to all the silvers, golds, pearls and solid colours, we can now spray the "super silver" finishes - brilliant silver, hyper silver, shadow chrome etc.
